Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

What Can Be Returned

  • We accept returns of non-defective products.

  • Items may be returned in new condition within the 30-day window.

  • We gladly accept exchanges if you would prefer a different product or variant.

What cannot be returned:

Consumable products like supplements

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at contact@snugvita.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive confirmation: We will review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide the authorized return mailing address.

  3. Ship the item back: Securely package the product and mail it back using a tracked postal service (see shipping details below).

Return Shipping

  • Returns are processed strictly by mail.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility—you will arrange and cover the shipping cost to return the item to our facility.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees: You will not be charged any handling or restocking fee to return an eligible item ($0.00).

Refunds

  • Inspection & Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are automatically credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Bank Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution or credit card provider, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the credit to post to your statement.
